One of my favourites is blooming abundantly. She’s the best scenting rose in our modest collection of roses: Mme Plantier; An old ,,alba – moschata crossed rose” (created by Plantier in 1835), with a noisette-look. The fragrance is extreme and very musklike. You could let her grow as a climber till 4 meter high, but most literature advises to keep her low as a shrub. That’s what I’ve done.
Typical is the ,,pompon”-form when the flowers begin to open. The buds are pink. When the rose is completely open you can see a little green heart.
